Privacy Policy for Divine Gaze

Effective date: 10 September 2026
App: Divine Gaze (iOS)
Contact: natividadgarcilazo334@outlook.com

Divine Gaze is a single-player reaction game. You hold a relic, move while a guardian’s eyes are closed, and freeze when they open. This policy explains what information the App handles.

1. Information stored on your device

The App does not require an account. Level progress, best times, arcade scores and settings are saved locally on your device (for example in UserDefaults). Uninstalling the App removes that local data.

2. Tracking permission and attribution

On first launch the App may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you allow tracking, a device advertising identifier (IDFA) and related device identifiers may be used with our attribution partner Adjust to measure installs and marketing campaigns. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you decline tracking, the game still works. Adjust may still receive limited, non-IDFA attribution signals permitted by the platform.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. There are no in-app accounts, chat, or developer cloud saves of gameplay.

4. Network

Core gameplay can run on the device. Some startup screens and attribution may use a network connection when available. Links opened from the App are handled by iOS.

5. Third parties

Adjust processes device data according to its own privacy policy. Please review Adjust’s documentation for details of that processing.

6. Children

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in order to sell data.
